Position Summary:


Responsible for efficiently producing quality lawn care service that meets or exceeds the expectations of clients and management. Reports to the Foreman.


Requirements:


Valid Florida driver’s license
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Must Have The Ability To:


Follow company rules and embrace the company’s mission
Follow directions and work within a team
Work long hours in all types of weather conditions
Learn safe operation procedures for lawn and landscape equipment

Probationary Period:


30 days

Push/pull various equipment and carry a backpack blower on back

Environmental Conditions Include:


Exposure to outside weather conditions
Exposure to moving mechanical parts
Occasional exposure to chemicals, extreme cold or wind, extreme heat, etc.
Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels

Prepare trucks for the day
Perform lawn maintenance on residential and commercial properties
Perform landscape maintenance
Perform equipment maintenance
Support company projects
Attend all company meetings and events
Participate in company seasonal change projects
Perform other services as needed

Responsible for assisting management and Foremen in daily administrative operations; serving customers by completing the intake, estimate, account set-up, billing, and support processes; identifying needs and upselling; responding to requests from customers, crew, and management; resolving complaints; and maintaining quality service.

Understand the needs of new and existing customers

Present our services to prospective customers in a professional way face-to-face, over the phone, and through e-mail communication
Listen to customer needs and requests and respond appropriately to close the sale
Cold call lost leads and existing customers to arrange new sales
Represent the company and its values
Act as a contact between the company and the lead
Gather customer information
Master the understanding of our services and operations
Be aware of all promotions and seasonal service pushes
Liaise with vendors to check on and purchase materials
Document all material, vendor, customer, project, and sales information into our software
Record all pertinent notes into our software for office staff (to streamline customer communication)
Review your sales performance and aim to always meet or exceed goals
Attend team meetings and share your best practices with the entire team
Prepare work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents
